내 작업은 불완전성과 완전성의 경계에 서 있다. 인간은 완전함을 추구하지만 결코 완전해질 수 없다. 오히려 그 결핍과 흔들림, 즉 본질적인 불완전성이 인간을 더욱 매력적으로 만든다. 나는 그 불완전한 순간 속에서 몸의 진실한 언어를 탐색한다.

나에게 몸은 완성된 형태가 아니라, 끊임없이 변하는 존재의 흔적이다. 드로잉과 퍼포먼스를 통해 나는 몸이 드러내는 불완전한 선, 숨, 떨림 속에서 인간의 존엄과 아름다움을 바라본다. 그것은 타인의 시선과 마주하며, 관계 속에서 새롭게 완성되어 가는 ‘미완의 완전성’이다.

My work stands on the boundary between imperfection and perfection.

Human beings strive for completeness, yet we can never truly attain it.

It is in our lack and fragility — in that essential imperfection — that our deepest allure resides.

Within those imperfect moments, I seek the body’s most truthful language.

To me, the body is not a finished form, but a trace of existence in constant transformation.

Through drawing and performance, I gaze upon the lines, breaths, and tremors that reveal the imperfect beauty and dignity of being human.

It is a state of unfinished perfection—a wholeness continually shaped and redefined through the gaze of others and the relationships we form.
